Q: HOW DO I REGISTER ON RMA/AKTIVATE

A:  Aktivate (formerly Register My Athlete – RMA) is the official AIA online registration required for all High School Athletics in Arizona

Q: DOES MY ATHLETE NEED A PHYSICAL TO PLAY FOOTBALL?

A: YES!  All athletes wishing to participate in the 2024 Football Season are REQUIRED to have a physical.  Here are the details:

  • All Physicals MUST be completed and dated AFTER MARCH 1, 2024!!

  • The Forms are to be pre-filled by a parent/guardian, with participation from the athlete, before their appointment.

Q: Where do I get a Physical?

A:  Players can get their physicals from a physician or qualified medical provider of their choice.  Here are a few suggestions if needed:

  • PHS will host a Sports Physical Day with Banner Sports Medicine on May 11th, 2024 in the PHS gym from 8am-11am. Athletes can arrive by 10:45am to receive their physicals during this event if they so choose.  The Cost will be between $15-Cash Only.  Athletes must bring their pre-filled AIA Sports Physical Form

  • Your athlete’s Primary Care Physician – Bring the "Official" 2024-2025 AIA Physical Evaluation forms to the appointment.

  • Most Urgent Care or Walk-in Clinics – Call to confirm.  You must bring the official 2024-2025 AIA Physical Evaluation forms to your appointment.

Q: HOW DO I UPLOAD MY DOCUMENTS & FORMS TO RMA?

A:  After logging in to your RMA Account, click on the Registration Checklist

  • Under the Documents section >> click on the section you wish to complete

  • Click on the arrow to the left of the requirement to open it then Click Upload

  • The document status will then change from "Missing" to “Pending Approval” until the Athletic Director reviews and approves  (or rejects) each document.

Q: WHY CAN'T I UPLOAD ALL 6 PAGES OF THE SPORTS PHYSICAL?

A:   The maximum size limit for each section is 64 MB.  Uploading the Sports Physical via multiple photos often exceeds this size limit.  To correct this, try one of the following:

  • Try reducing the file size of each photo

  • Try converting photos from JPG to PNG

Q: HOW DO I ADD A 2ND PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO Team Communication on MY SE ACCOUNT?

A. If an account owner wishes to add another parent or guardian to their account to receive emails from the PHS football system, there are two options.

Option 1:  Add a 2nd Email Address to the Account Owner’s profile
This is a good option for a family member who is interested in receiving team emails but does not need to manage a player’s profile or calendar.

Option 2:  Add a Guardian Under Your Player’s Profile
This is a good option if more than one parent/guardian needs or wants access to the following:
  • Team Emails and/or Text Messages
  • Team Chat on the Mobile App (used for alerts and urgent updates)
  • Game and Event Reminders
  • RSVP for Events
  • Access to Team Calendar, Photos, Volunteer Sign-ups, and more on the Pinnacle Football Website
Please note:  Guardians can only be added under a Player’s Profile.   If you have more than one player, you can toggle the guardian to manage each player.
