See instructions for both SportsEngine and RMA/Aktivate Registration below in the next section:
A: Visit the registration page HERE and follow the Steps for SportsEngine and RegisterMyAthlete. SportsEngine registration is required to be completed first while RMA registration is required to be completed and labeled 'Ready for Tryouts' before August.
A: There is no fee to "register" for Pinnacle Football. PVUSD requires athletes to pay a $200 Athletic Participation Fee per sport, with a maximum of $400 per year. Athletic fees for all fall sports are paid in August, once school resumes.
Other fees/costs for football may include Spring/Summer uniforms for practices and 7v7 games, Booster Club membership, pre-game team meals, summer camps, etc. To help you plan, you can find an overview of typical costs/fees, (required and optional) below. PLEASE NOTE: $ amounts contained in this outline are strictly estimates based on previous seasons and may be slightly different each year.

A. The Account Owner can invite additional Guardians to receive team communication from their account. Guardians are added under the athlete's profile. Here’s how:
Account Owner: Sign in to SE and go to the Household tab on the left side of your dashboard.
Click on the Athlete's profile. (Note: you cannot add a Guardian to the Account Owner's profile)
Below the Permissions header, click + Add.
Input the Guardian’s email address to invite them.
Check the boxes next to the athlete(s) profile to grant the guardian management access.
Click Send Invite.
The added guardian will receive an invite to their email address. Upon accepting, they will then follow the instructions to set up their own SE login and password.
Once the guardian's account is set up, they will have member-level access to team functions on the SE mobile app and website.
A: Parents/Guardians: YOU MUST create a new account using YOUR name, email, and personal information. DO NOT use your Athlete’s information to Create an Account. You will add your Athlete’s information as a sub-profile to your account during the registration process. Click the appropriate links below for detailed instructions.
A: If your SE account is set up with your Athlete as the Account Owner, parents/guardians will not receive Team Communication or have full access to the football website, team calendar, or messaging features on the mobile app.
Click the instructions below for step-by-step instructions for changing the SE Account Owner from a Player to a Parent or Guardian.

Per AIA Rules, players will not be allowed to participate in official pre-season (hitting) practices until their RMA is completed and approved by the Athletic Director. Official pre-season practices typically begin the first week of August.
Register on RMA here: registermyathlete.com
A: Yes, all athletes must register and complete RMA annually. However, the Brainbook Concussion and Opioid courses are only required once and do not need to be repeated in future years.
A: Create a New Account:
If You Already Have an Account:
Important: Be sure to use the same RMA account for all AIA sports throughout all 4 years of high school. If a new account is created, the required Brainbook Concussion & Opioid courses will not transfer, and your athlete will need to retake them before he can be approved for practices and games.
A: No! You will simply log in to your existing RMA account and select Pinnacle High School when registering for the current season. Here are some additional details that may be helpful in ensuring this process goes smoothly.
A: YES! All athletes wishing to participate in the current Football Season are REQUIRED to have a physical. Here are the details:
Physicals must be completed on the official AIA Physical Evaluation Forms for the CURRENT year. The forms can be downloaded from your RMA account. We will also post the forms on the website once they are available in March. Download forms here: Comming Soon!
All Physicals MUST be completed and dated AFTER MARCH 1 of the current year!
The Forms are to be pre-filled by a parent/guardian, with participation from the athlete, before their appointment.
A: Players can get their physicals from a physician or qualified medical provider of their choice. Here are a few suggestions if needed:
PHS will host a Sports Physical Day with Banner Sports Medicine this spring (Date TBD)
Your athlete’s Primary Care Physician – Bring the official Current Year AIA Physical Evaluation forms to the appointment.
PVUSD partners with NextCare for low-cost Sports Physicals. You must bring the official Current Year AIA Physical Evaluation forms to your appointment.
Most Urgent Care or Walk-in Clinics – Call to confirm. You must bring the official Current Year AIA Physical Evaluation forms to your appointment.
A: After logging in to your RMA Account, click on the Registration Checklist
Under the Documents section >> click on the section you wish to complete
Click on the arrow to the left of the requirement to open it then Click Upload
The document status will then change from "Missing" to “Pending Approval” until the Athletic Director reviews and approves (or rejects) each document.
A: The maximum size limit for each section is 64 MB. Uploading the Sports Physical via multiple photos often exceeds this size limit. To correct this, try one of the following:
Scan all photos into a pdf via Adobe Acrobat OR a free phone app such as “Genius Scan”.
Try reducing the file size of each photo
Try converting photos from JPG to PNG
A: As required by the AIA, Pinnacle’s Athletic Department must verify the accuracy and validity of all player documents uploaded to RMA. Once approved, your documents will be marked as "Complete" and will be valid for all AIA sports your athlete participates in during the upcoming academic year.
If your documents are rejected for any reason, you will be notified via email with details on the issue.
**Document review and approval may take several days, so be sure to complete your RMA registration early to ensure your athlete is eligible to begin practices once the official season begins.**
