Coach Germinaro is entering his fourth season as a Pioneer and his 20th  year coaching High School Football. Coach Germ graduated from Saint Mary’s High School and attended Northern Arizona University. Coach Germ works for the City of Scottsdale as the Horizon Park Supervisor and has over 20 years of experience working with children in a variety of Sports and Recreation programs in Scottsdale. Paul has been married to his loving wife Sarah for over 20 years; together they have two sons who both attended Pinnacle High School, Coleman and Lukas.
