Pinnacle Football hosts a variety of spring and summer camps and training programs, including Freshman Prep Camps & Speed, Strength, & Agility training.

7v7 / Spring Ball & Big Man practices will begin in May.

Dates and times will be posted here in late February and early March 2025.

Freshman Pioneer Football Prep Camp!

Camp Starts March 18th!

Led by the Pinnacle High School Football Staff, this camp is designed to prepare current 7th and 8th-grade athletes for High School Football by building essential skills over two distinct sessions.

SESSION 1: March 18 - April 24 (Tues & Thurs)

Focuses on movement training for football, including:
✅ Olympic lifting techniques
✅ Running mechanics
✅ Change of direction drills

SESSION 2: April 28 - May 15 (Mon - Thurs)

Emphasizing position-specific and team football skills, including:
✅ Offensive & defensive fundamentals
✅ Team plays & game strategies

Both sessions are highly recommended for those planning to play high school football.

FEE: $100 for both sessions!

Archive of 2024 Training Camps

SUMMER STRENGTH, SPEED, AND AGILITY TRAINING

This camp will focus on strength, speed, and agility development for those preparing to play tackle football in the Fall. Athletes will improve their strength, balance, and coordination while finetuning linear and lateral speed as it relates to football. Football-related position skill development will also be emphasized.

This camp is a must for high school football players.

2024 FOOTBALL PREP CAMP FOR 7TH & 8TH GRADE PLAYERS

THIS CAMP HAS CONCLUDED

Football Prep Camps are essential to those planning to play high school football.

Session 1: March - April 2024

The first session will focus on movement training for football including Olympic lifting movements, running technique, and change of direction.

Session 2: April - May 2024

The second session will focus on individual positions and team football skills. Athletes will learn offense and defense positions, football fundamentals, and team plays.

REGISTRATION FOR THIS CAMP IS NOW CLOSED

$100 fee covers registration for both sessions.
Camps are lead and instructed by the Pinnacle High School Football staff.

2024 Varsity & JV Pre-Season Training Camp

July 22 - July 26, 2024

Embry Riddle Aeronautical University

3700 Willow Creek Road
Prescott, AZ 86301-3720

Lodging and meals will be provided on the Embry Riddle campus.

Practice and events will be held at Prescott High School

7/22/24 - Depart: Pinnacle High School @ 11:30 AM (*Players make sure you eat lunch before coming to PHS )

7/26/24 - Return: Pinnacle High School @ 2:00 PM

CAMP FEES: $400

Fees include all meals, lodging, transportation, and instruction!

FEE PAYMENT:

Invoices have been emailed via SportsEnging to all players with an outstanding Camp Fee balance. Invoices can be paid online with a credit card.

If you prefer to write a check (versus pay through SE), remit checks to Pinnacle Football Boosters and write "Camp Fee" in the memo. Please place the check in a sealed envelope with your player's name and have your player turn it in to Coach Zupke.

Allergies:

Please make sure to inform Coach Zupke of any allergies that need to be taken into consideration.

Camp Forms:

The PVUSD Camp Permission Form, Medication Forms, and Packing List are attached below. ALL forms MUST be submitted to Coach Zupke by Wed, July 17, 2024

Medication Form: This form MUST be completed for EACH PLAYER and includes your permission and approval to administer any over-the-counter medication to your athlete if needed. Be sure to include instances when medications can be given - i.e. injury/pain, muscle soreness, headache, fever, nausea, rash, allergic reaction, stomach ache, etc.

SPECTATORS:

Parents/Guardians who would like to watch practices may observe from the stands at Prescott High School. No parents/guardians, outside of volunteer staff, will be allowed on campus at Embry Riddle without prior permission and approval from Coach Zupke.
