Football is a collision sport that requires tremendous physical demands. In order to meet those physical demands, it is absolutely critical that we strength train. There is no more single important element than off-season strength and conditioning. A good strength and conditioning program will reduce the chance of injury and will improve athletic performance. Moreover, individuals who train regularly will be more confident athletes and individuals due to the cumulative effect of weight training. In addition, since we lift as a team, we will develop a unifying bond that will carry over to the football season, helping us to win as a team. Therefore, it is in the best interest of every Pinnacle football player to show up to all team strength and conditioning opportunities.
-Coach Zupke
